The breadcrumb manufacturing process begins with adding water to wheat flour in a cooker.
After this step, the dough is transported by a food-grade conveyor belt to the turbo dryer. In the turbo dryer, the product undergoes a drying process and is then conveyed by suction to a cyclone, where sifting takes place.
After sifting, the product is left to rest for approximately one day to promote cooling.
In the next step, the material is sent to the mixer, where salt is added.
Finally, the product is bagged, completing the manufacturing process. |
