It packs reels of fabrics, carpets, synthetic fabrics, paper reels and aluminum profiles, using Polyethylene film, completely sealing packages of different diameters and lengths, up to a limit of 2.5 meters, length of the vertical sealing assembly, hammer closes in vertical direction through pneumatic cylinders on linear guides, with a smooth, tilting front canvas belt to supply cylindrical products, front pusher actuator cylinders for prismatic format products, adjustable tilting ramp at the rear of the machine, to transfer to another conveyor, driven ramp by pneumatic cylinders, being controlled by PLC.

Structure in steel sheets with P.U. in gray color, front and side weld bars heated by tubular resistors with electronic temperature controller with digital readout.

Operator protection system, emergency buttons at strategic points, upper and lower motorized film unwinder. Flat canvas mat incorporated in the equipment with inclination by pneumatic cylinder, front entrance mat for product loading (independently with speed control by frequency inverter), product stop confirmed by photocells, third independent mat to feed pliers-type top sealer .

After closing operation on the U-type longitudinal sealer, this equipment controlled by PLC, monitors all movements by opening and closing pliers-type arms acting vertically, subject, saddle welding package at both ends, closed equipment with operator protection system, works automatically controlling the advance, actuation and stop of the process, at the exit there is another independent conveyor belt that feeds the thermo-shrink tunnel.
