The equipment dries containers (bottles and packaging) using recirculated hot air.
The bottles are transported on a linear conveyor belt through a drying tunnel with electric heating elements, where the heat is concentrated and distributed by fans to remove moisture from the containers after washing.
The equipment also has an inspection window and an accumulation table at the end of the line.
Total power of the line: 21 kW (6 x 3000W electric heating elements + 2 x 1 HP ventilation motors + 1 x 1 HP conveyor motor).
The conveyor speed is adjustable.
The machine has an adjustment system for various container sizes.
