Technical Details: The EMA 2.000 has a fully enclosed enclosure that prevents debris deposition on the internal components of the equipment and is mounted on castors to facilitate the movement of the equipment for cleaning.

Its dry vacuum pump is made with self-slipping materials and consequently does not require any type of lubrication, presents superior performance to lubricated vacuum pumps and lower noise level.

The encapsulation process in EMA 2000 is simple and can be divided into 3 phases:

1st Stage: feeding the capsules The capsules are placed manually in the disc set, with the caps facing upwards.

Once filled with the capsules, the disc set is taken to the equipment where a vacuum system opens the casings.

2nd Phase: Fill with the powder on a bench, the capsules are filled with the powder manually.

During this stage the equipment is free to be used by more operators.

3rd Phase: Capsule closure and locking.

The closure and locking of the capsules is done by means of a lever-operated system, which closes, locks and withdraws the capsules from the disc set.
