The carousel is designed to be mounted on the discharge mouth of the molding machine.

Braiding template made of stainless steel aisi 304, with 3 molding tubes (diameter 40 mm), suitable for mounting on mod.unica molding machine fv25.
The parts in contact with the processing material are covered by PTFE film (Teflon Dupont) synthesized at high temperature to prevent the product from adhering to the walls, compromising the quality of the product itself.
Blanket extruder and with adjustable thickness suitable to be mounted on mod. single fv25.
Steam filter for molding mod. only fv25 suitable to protect from the impurities present in the steam the plants and the machines to be reached.
Inside the filter, which is mounted in line to the steam system (prior to the point of use) to ensure better filtration, a "sieve" system is built up with perforated metal sheets, intended to remove generic residue from the piping. |
