Peanut paste production line

Production line for peanut butter.

To produce peanut derivatives such as peanut butter, roasted peanuts, paçoca, etc.

Line composed of:

To remove the peanut skin using an air system.

Engine: 2 HP HERCULES 1715 rpm.

Approximate total silo capacity: up to 20 kg of peanuts.

Approximate production capacity: up to 120 kg of peanuts per hour.

Voltage: two-phase 220 V.

- Trolley for storing and cooling peanuts.

Total capacity of 240 kg of peanuts.

Natural cooling process.

Approximate total capacity: up to 48 kg.

Approximate production capacity: up to 280 kg per hour.

Approximate total silo capacity: up to 120 kg of grain.

Approximate production capacity: 120 kg per hour.

- Trolley with mobile casters for transporting trays and molds.

Capacity: 20 trays.

With 10 stainless steel trays

It has two leveling shapes.

- Grain transport and storage cart.

Total capacity: up to 240 kg.

It has two smaller engines.

Silo capacity: up to 20 kg of grain each.

Approximate production capacity: up to 160 kg of peanut paste per hour.

With pedal operation.

- It has a mobile platform with ladder, transport cart and electronic scale.

Self-produced machines do not have a machine specification plate, but they do have engine identification plates.

The machines that were purchased have the identification plates normally.

The production line began in 2017 and was discontinued in the second half of 2023.

Some of the machines in the line were developed by the company itself to improve the production process, there were also engine changes, component improvements and parts exchanges.
